Growing up in the winelands of Wellington I went to school in Stellenbosch where I studied art. Here I discovered my love of painting.
After living and successfully selling my work in the Hermanus area, I married and moved to London. Years later, missing family and South Africa's desiccate landscape a decision was made to return. My accolades and growing reputation in England held no match to the stark African light, windswept seas and unique flora of Southern Africa.
